De Bortoli x TOMS Christmas Pack

Information on "How to Enter" and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. 

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over only, except employees of Mandana Holdings Pty Ltd, De Bortoli Wines Pty Ltd and their immediate families. 

The promotional period commences at 9:00am (AEDT) on 9 November 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 19 November 2026 (‘Promotional Period’). 

The winners will be drawn at random on Friday, 20 November 2026, 12:00pm AEDT on the premises of Mandana Holdings Pty Ltd: 30 Tullamarine Park Rd, Tullamarine, VIC, Australia. The winners will be notified by Instagram direct message and their Instagram handles may be posted on the competition post. 

To enter, participants must, during the Promotional Period: 

Participants must keep following both accounts until the winners have been notified. 

Entries not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received after close of entry will not be considered. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. 

Entries must not be offensive, defamatory, unlawful or infringe the rights of any person. Entries must not tag, name or nominate any person under 18 years of age. 

Only 1 entry per person is allowed. Additional comments will not increase an entrant’s chance of winning. Entries made using automated methods or more than one account are invalid. 

Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. The Promoter will require winners to provide proof of age to claim the prize. 

The winners of the Promotion will be chosen at random. Four winners will be drawn, and each will win one prize pack. 

The winners will be notified by Instagram direct message from the official @tomsaustralia or @debortoliwines account only. The Promoter will never ask for payment, bank or card details or passwords, or ask entrants to click a link to claim a prize. Please ignore and report any other account claiming to be the Promoter. 

To claim their prize, winners must reply with their full name, Australian delivery address (no PO boxes), phone number, email address, proof of age and TOMS style and size choice. The prizes must be claimed before 5:00pm AEDT on Sunday 22 November 2026, otherwise a redraw will occur on Monday 23 November 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT at the premises of Mandana Holdings Pty Ltd. 

4 prize packs are being offered in this competition, each comprising of: 

Each prize pack is valued at up to $379.90 and the total prize value is up to $1,519.60. TOMS styles and sizes are subject to availability. 

The De Bortoli 2026 Wine Advent Calendar contains alcohol and will only be awarded to winners aged 18 years or over. It will be supplied and delivered by De Bortoli, and a person aged 18 years or over must be present to accept delivery. If a winner cannot provide proof of age, the whole prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur. 

Winners’ names, delivery addresses and phone numbers will be provided to De Bortoli on Monday 23 November 2026 so prizes can be dispatched. Prizes will be dispatched to Australian addresses only. The Promoter is not responsible for courier delays or other delays outside its control. 

The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of their identity and proof of Australian residency in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification and residency is at the judgment of the Promoter. 

All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. 

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition in accordance with all state and territory regulations. 

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Entrants agree that the Promoter may repost their entry comment and Instagram handle on the Promoter’s social media channels. 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability in connection with this promotion. 

Winners’ personal information will be used to conduct the promotion and deliver prizes. Entering this competition does not subscribe entrants to emails from TOMS Australia or De Bortoli. The Promoter is not responsible for any error, omission, destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries occurring in relation to the conduct of the Promotion, including any issues with Instagram. 

To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable to you in respect of any claim for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, without limitation, any consequential, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages) or for any personal injury suffered by you as a result of or in connection with the Promotion. Nothing in these Conditions of Entry excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
