20th Anniversary T&Cs

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. 

Entry is open to Australian residents only, except employees of Mandana Holdings Pty Ltd and their immediate families. 

The promotional period commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 8 April 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 16 April 2026 (“Promotional Period”). 

To celebrate TOMS’ 20th anniversary, entrants have the chance to win 1 of 20 pairs of TOMS Alpargatas. 

To enter, participants must complete and submit the competition entry form during the Promotional Period, including their first name, last name and email address. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure all details provided are true and correct. 

Only one (1) entry per person/email address is permitted. 

Entries not completed in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or received after the Promotional Period, will not be considered. Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. 

The winners will be drawn at random on 17 April 2026 at the premises of Mandana Holdings Pty Ltd, 30 Tullamarine Park Road, Tullamarine VIC 3043. 

There will be twenty (20) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) pair of TOMS Alpargatas of their choice from the TOMS Alpargata Collection, subject to availability. If a winner’s preferred style, colour or size is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Alpargata style of equal value. 

Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at entry. 

Each prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 

Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter. 

Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of the winner notification date. If any prize remains unclaimed after this time, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on 1 May 2026 at 12:00pm (AEST) at the same location as the original draw. 

The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, age and Australian residency in order to claim the prize. Proof considered suitable is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. 

All prizes must be taken as offered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

The Promoter may use personal information collected in connection with this competition in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting entrants with offers, promotions and information about products and services. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical failure, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. 

The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, communications failure or otherwise. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or the acceptance or use of any prize.
